Don’t use plastic packaging for your goods. Use paper bags or even boxes. You could sell reusable cloth bags or encourage customers to bring their own bags. Perhaps you could offer an incentive for them to do so.
2.
Provide reusable crockery and cutlery for staff.
3.
Encourage staff to take a reusable mug with them when they go out for a take-away coffee.
4.
Use paper and cardboard stationery instead of plastic.
